About DenplanToday, Denplan is the UK's leading dental payment plan provider, with approximately 80% share of the dental payment plan market. There are 6,500 member dentists across the UK (approximately a third of practising dentists) treating over 1.8 million Denplan patients. Denplan was set up in 1986 by two dentists who wanted to offer an alternative to NHS dentistry. They created a system that simplified administration within the dental practice and allowed dentists to spend more time with their patients, focusing on preventive oral healthcare and providing high quality treatment.
